Returns & Replacements

Every ARDRiP item is made to order, meaning it is created specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and create a more intentional shopping experience.
Because each item is made just for your order, we do not accept standard returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.
That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will absolutely do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Please include:
Order number
Name on the order
Email used at checkout
Clear photos of the issue
Photo of the packaging if damaged
Short explanation of what happened
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Please do not mail anything back unless ARDRiP specifically asks you to.

Size Issues
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not offer free size exchanges if the wrong size is selected.
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us anyway. In some cases, we may offer a discounted replacement as a courtesy.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, refunded, or returned unless there is a production issue, defect, misprint, damage, or wrong item received.

Every order is made one at a time, just for the person receiving it. If we or our production partners make a mistake, we will do our best to make it right quickly and fairly.
